Delivery Information

Llynmase.com at the moment is responsible for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. Every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales is set out on our Site; nevertheless, irregularly delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors but relentless efforts are made to deliver timely. We will be under no obligation for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. Thus by agreeing not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DELIVERY PERIODS

We recommend our customers read and understand these important notes:

  • Times of delivery are only deemed as having confirmed order by payment and confirmation of order being received by Llynmase. If paying with a specific credit/debit card for the first time on the Website, or if Llynmase regards the transaction to be large and/or unusual, Llynmase may carry out certain fraud checks with the cardholder’s bank and the delivery period shall only be regarded as having commenced upon completion of such checks.

  • Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only (Monday – Friday). Other days such as Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and will not be taken into account when calculating delivery periods, i.e. if your order is something over the weekend, the delivery period will start running on the next business day (Monday).

  • When products with different delivery periods are ordered jointly, please note that the product with the lengthiest delivery time will determine the delivery time of all the products in that order.  So, if you intend ordering various products where some have a shorter delivery period than others (bear in mind our delivery terms), Llynmase advises that you order such products separately from the products requiring longer delivery time.

  • Llynmase makes sufficient effort ensuring that the information supplied on the Website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, relentless effort will be made to inform the Partners (Purchaser). 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

All items listed on Llynmase site have an indication of the delivery time.  Though, note the following in particular:

  • “24 hour dispatch products” – these are products which get dispatched from Llynmase’s warehouse within 24 hours, which means you should receive them within 24 to 72hours (calculated over business days).  However, this only applies:

  • for selected products (i.e. where the total order weight is under 3kg),

  • When you order the product before 12h00 on a business day (failing which,dispatch will be delayed to the next business day), and

  • If delivery is to be made to a main center in Abuja.

  • “72 hours dispatch products’- these are products dispatched from Llynmase’s warehouse within 3-5 days to Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Kano, Plateau and Benue and all others state “Main centers” include any destination within a 20km radius of the mentioned cities: While delivery outside main centers is usually within 3 – 6 working days.

  • Ordering heavy items or parcels, which weigh 10kg or more, or items that are flammable or hazardous may increase delivery times.

Alcohol and/or hampers containing alcohol must be signed for on delivery by a person aged 18 years or over, failing which the product will be retained by the courier and delivery thereof will be attempted again at another time and/or date, or otherwise as may be arranged. Such products will only be delivered during business hours on business days.

DELIVERY METHODS

  • Local delivery covers areas within Nigeria only. Our delivery Nigeria may be as follows:
    Door-to-door: a customer can have the parcel delivered by courier between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Llynmase office (warehouse): customers can also collect ordered parcel from 48 to 72hrs after placing of order between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday from our corporate office.
